Refund policy

We accept returns on unworn and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unworn

  • unused

  • unwashed

  • in its original condition

  • free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear

  • returned within 30 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item

  • a short description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Size exchanges

Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

We may accept size exchanges for unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery, but the customer is responsible for return shipping and any shipping costs for the replacement item.

Items that cannot be returned

We do not accept returns for items that:

  • have been worn

  • have been washed

  • were damaged after delivery

  • have stains, odors, or clear signs of use

  • are returned after 30 days

  • have been customized with the customer’s own text, name, image, or other personal content

Incorrect address or unclaimed packages

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address when placing an order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or because it was not claimed, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
